Jilin Science and Technology Museum

　　Jilin Science and Technology Museum is located in Changchun City, Northern China. It was officially opened to the public for free in May 2016. The building area of the venue is 43000 square meters, the exhibition and teaching area is 16700 square meters. The museum features the theme of "Technology and Dreams", permanent exhibitions centered around the theme. There are four main exhibition areas, including "Cradle of Dreams", "Ladder of Wisdom", "Brilliance of Creation" and "Our Future is Not a Dream". There are 14 exhibition halls and 435 exhibition items. The exhibition covers classic principles from various disciplines such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, astronomy, geography and biology, fully introducing advanced science and technology in various fields such as industry, agriculture, information, materials, ecology, energy, environment and the universe. In terms of transportation, agriculture, ecology and so on, it emphasizes unique content of Jilin and also includes lively and interesting children's science popularization projects and scientific experimental parks that embody innovative spirit. It also has five special effects theaters, including Ball Screen Cinema, 4D Cinema, Dream Theater, Dynamic Cinema and Disaster Theater. It is equipped with a multifunctional hall, laboratory, conference room, reading room and other related service facilities. It is a comprehensive and modern technology venue with complete functions and facilities, integrating science popularization, education, academic exchange, technology training and entertainment. Since its free opening, we have improved the construction of a modern science and technology museum system that integrated "physical science and technology museum", "digital science and technology museum", "mobile science and technology museum" and "science popularization caravan", served over ten million people to the public.

　　吉林省科技馆，坐落于北国春城长春市，2016年5月正式对社会免费开放。场馆建筑面积4.3万平方米，展教面积1.67万平方米。馆内以“科技与梦想”为主题，常设展览围绕主题，下设“梦想的摇篮”、“智慧的阶梯”、“创造的辉煌”、“我们的未来不是梦”4大主题展区、14个展厅，435件（套）展品展项。展示内容涵盖数、理、化、天、地、生等各学科的经典原理，充分介绍了当代工业、农业、信息、材料、生态、能源、环境、宇宙等众多领域的先进科学技术，在交通、农业、生态等方面，着重展示了吉林特色内容，还包含了生动有趣的儿童科普项目和体现创新精神的科学实验园地。馆内还设有数码球幕影院、4D影院、梦幻剧场、灾难剧场、动感影院五座特效影院，配有多功能厅、实验室、会议室、阅览室及其它相关服务设施，是一座功能齐全、设施配套，集科普展教、学术交流、科技培训及休闲娱乐于一体的综合性、现代化科技场馆。自免费开放以来，完善了以“实体科技馆”“数字科技馆”“流动科技馆”“科普大篷车”为一体的现代科技馆体系建设，服务公众超千万人次。
