Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Museum
Science and Technology Museum (New Museum) is currently the region's largest comprehensive science and technology education venues, with a total construction area of 48300 square meters, was officially opened to the public on September 20, 2016 for free. Its main functions include exhibition education, public service, business research, and management support. With global vision, the features of the times, the characteristics of Inner Mongolia, and innovative development as its construction goal, the museum aims to promote the spirit of science, disseminate scientific ideas, advocate scientific methods and popularize scientific knowledge, thus enhancing the scientific literacy of citizens, and promoting the innovative development of science popularization. The Science and Technology Museum, with a concept of exploration, innovation and future, has five permanent exhibition halls, public spaces, indoor iconic exhibits, three special effects theaters, science laboratories and science popularization lecture halls, covering nine themes and 457 exhibits, which integrates science, fun, education and participation.
While striving to build first-class hardware facilities, the Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Museum actively improves its science popularization services and soft power of scientific research, continuously expanding the leadership of the party and science popularization service to benefit the people.

内蒙古科技馆（新馆）是目前全区最大的综合性科普教育场馆，建筑面积48300平方米，于2016年9月20日正式对外免费开放。内蒙古科技馆以展览教育、公共服务、学术研究、管理保障为主要功能，以“世界眼光、时代特征、内蒙特色、创新发展”为建设目标，以弘扬科学精神、传播科学思想、倡导科学方法和普及科学知识为己任，不断提升公民科学素质，推动科普事业创新发展。科技馆常设展览由5个展厅和公共空间、室内标志性展项、3座特效影院、科学实验室及科普报告厅组成，以“探索、创新、未来”为理念，共设置9大主题、457件展品，集科学性、趣味性、教育性、参与性于一体。
